Applying for graduate study in Statistics
The Department of Statistics offers research-intensive M.Sc. and Ph.D. programs. Both programs currently admit students for Fall entry and ask research applicants to identify a prospective supervisor before applying.

Canada's major tri-agency postdoctoral research award, supporting outstanding early-career researchers across the natural sciences and engineering, health sciences, and social sciences and humanities. For Statistics and statistical machine-learning projects, NSERC will often be the relevant funding agency.
